Each 1g of the ointment contains:
- Lidocaine HCL 25mg.
- Zinc oxide 70mg.
- Excipient: Q.S.F 1mg.
- Lidocaine HCL 25mg.

This medicament is a combination of the two elements lidocain and zinc oxide , lidocain is used as a local anaesthetic in hemorrhoid cases , and it is detected of its analgesic effect without affecting the central nervous system , while zinc oxide affects as skin restorative and soothing in addition to its astringent effect, so the combination of two mentioned elements in sinaproct will have agood effect in the treatment of hemorrhoid , and the excipients which are elected for this medicament are very suitable for this treatment , generally this medicament is used in internal and extermal hemorrhoid inflammatory cases, also for the treatment of inflammatory appearances , before and after the operations of hemorrhoids.
Little local sensitivity for some people.
Medicinal sensitization cases for zinc oxide or lidocain .
The effect of sinaproct is deceased with the combination with sulphonamide and it is increased with the combination with colinestras blocker.
1-3 Times daily and it is prefered after defecation immediately , the Nozzle is inserted in the anus deeply and take it out with continuation of pressing on the tube.
Tube with a special Nozzle specified for anus, contains 40g of the ointment with a prescription in a colored carton pack.
