4in 1 preparation is used for the treatment of various infections (E. coli, coccidiosis, salmonellosis, and trichomoniasis). It is a synthetic chemical compound with a broad antimicrobial spectrum, active against both Gram-negative and Gram-positive bacteria, including Salmonella, Giardia, Trichomonas, Amoeba, and certain types of Coccidia.

Its main function is inhibition of bacterial growth, but at high doses it acts as a bactericidal agent. The compound is more active in an acidic environment, with the optimum effectiveness of Furaltadone at pH 5.5.

The product is used in pigeons and ornamental birds in the following cases:

As an antiprotozoal, effective against flagellates such as Histomonas meleagridis, Trichomonas gallinae, and Coccidia.

As an antibacterial, for the treatment of gastrointestinal infections and diarrhea caused by bacteria sensitive to its active ingredients (E. coli, Salmonella).

As a general treatment for pigeon diseases, including trichomoniasis.

Pigeons: One tablet daily for 5–7 consecutive days, or as directed by the veterinarian.

Ornamental birds: One tablet daily in the drinking fountain (30 ml) for 5–7 consecutive days, or as directed by the veterinarian.

Treatment should be followed by vitamins for 5 days (Vitoplex Forte Liquid).

Store in a cool, dry, dark place at a temperature not exceeding 25°C.
