Neomycin is considered one of the broadest-spectrum antibiotics, as it covers all Gram-negative bacteria in addition to Escherichia coli, which causes intestinal and renal infections. Sulfanilamide acts generally on bacteria, particularly on bacilli that cause diarrhea and cocci that induce respiratory infections in birds. Paracetamol provides pain relief and reduces fever, giving the bird more vitality and helping it regain appetite. The presence of B-complex vitamins compensates for deficiencies caused by infections and diarrhea.

Acute and chronic cold in birds, infections of the upper and lower respiratory tracts, intestinal inflammations, and acute and chronic diarrhea in all types of birds, as well as lethargy, loss of appetite, in addition to all skin inflammations and rapid non-seasonal feather loss (repeated molting).
